OxyBridge is developed with non-dilutive funding from the US Department of War, and with partners chosen for the parts of the path that decide whether a haemoglobin-based oxygen carrier reaches patients: preclinical evidence, manufacturing at scale under cGMP, and regulatory readiness.

• US Department of War

  Through USAMRDC, the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC) and US Special Operations Command, the Department of War has funded OxyBridge’s development with $12.15M in non-dilutive awards.

• Song Biotechnologies

  An East Coast in vivo contract research organisation, working in microscopy, hemodynamic biometrics and in vivo models for safety, efficacy and mechanism of action.

  Song Biotechnologies publicly lists VirTech Bio among the companies it works with.

• GBI Biomanufacturing

  A full-service biopharmaceutical CDMO in Plantation, Florida, formerly Goodwin Biotechnology. Cell culture development, cGMP cell banking, purification, clinical and commercial cGMP manufacturing, bioconjugation, aseptic fill and finish, and stability testing under one roof. Named Manufacturer of the Year by BioFlorida.

• Cipher GMP

  Cipher GMP handles the technology transfer between VirTech Bio and GBI Biomanufacturing.
